Delivery

Bring it back within 24 hours and we will exchange it. Tags still on, and bring your receipt.
Underwear and opened cosmetics cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Faulty items are replaced in full, always.

Online payment is being connected. For now you pay on delivery, or at the shop when you collect.
Cash on delivery is available in Accra.
We confirm every order by message to the phone number you give us.

To deliver your order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email. Nothing else, and never any identity documents.
Those details are handled only by the services that run this shop: our hosting (Vercel) and database (Supabase, held in London), Paystack when you pay online, and the messaging services that send your order updates (WhatsApp, SMS through Arkesel, email through Resend). Each one receives only what its job needs.
We never sell your information, and nobody receives it for advertising.
We keep order records for as long as the law on business records requires. You can ask us to remove your personal details at any time, and we will, unless money is still owed on the account. Ask in the shop, or message the number below.
